Hoor was born in Babylon on November 20, 1997, to an aristocratic family
residing in Baghdad. Her father is the former general Safaa bin Mohammed bin Hassan bin Khuzae, and her mother is the engineer Georgina bint Khuzae. Hoor grew up in Baghdad from early childhood until she was five years old. After the Iraq War in 2003, she moved with her family to Sweden.Upon relocating to Sweden at the age of six, she changed her name to Rebecca. Rebecca completed her high school and university studies in Sweden.
• In 2012, Rebecca received a Female Leadership Certificate from the Social Democrats.
• In 2014, Rebecca graduated from high school with a Science program.
• In 2016, Rebecca published the book “Bright Star.”
• In 2018, Rebecca published the book “Let’s Sleep.”
• In 2020, Rebecca completed her university studies and obtained a Master of Science degree in Medicine. She then worked at the Family Clinic Center.
• In 2022, she became the Director of the Metaverse Surgical Clinic Europe, representing several international hospitals.
• In 2023, she published the book “Son of Baghdad.”
• In 2023, a construction company was founded.
• In 2024, the Cultural Integration Association was established.
• In 2024, the Babylon Award was created.
• In 2025, she published the book “In the Land of Christ.”
